How do I analyze a chat?

In WhatsApp, open a conversation → tap the contact/group name or the ⋯ menu → Export Chat → choose “Without media” (or with media) → share it to SeenZoned, or save the file and pick it in the app. Your stats appear in seconds. You can also tap “Try it with a sample chat” to see how it works first.

Is my conversation private?

Yes. Your chat is parsed entirely on your device, and the basic stats never leave your phone. The optional AI analysis is the only feature that sends a (timestamp-stripped, sampled) excerpt off your device, and only after you give one-time consent. See our Privacy Policy.

What’s free and what’s Premium?

The Messages stat is free forever. Every other stat and all AI insights are unlocked with a Premium subscription (Weekly or Yearly; prices shown in the app).

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → SeenZoned. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

How do I delete my data?

SeenZoned has no accounts and doesn’t keep your chat or stats — they live only in the current session and are gone when you close the app. To remove everything, simply delete the app.
